We are a technical-construction company with a successful multi-year track record, having completed many projects in the wider area of Volos and Pelion. We have experienced and specialised engineers who are continuously up-to-date on all the latest developments.

TWO NEW APARTMENT BUILDINGS
Currently, "Georgiadis - Samaras & Associates" is implementing the construction of two new apartment buildings in the city of Volos.
The first one is at the intersection of Iatrou Tzanou (35) and Polymeri streets. It is a five-story building on pilotis and includes two and three-bedroom apartments with parking space.
The second is also a five-story building on pilotis, at the intersection of Porfira and Gatzopoulou streets, 100 metres from Anavros beach, and with a view of the sea. These are two-bedroom, floor-through apartments. Parking space is included.

Two-story stone house with wooden and metallic elements. Landscaping of the plot, courtyard, and various levels with stone and tiling. Additionally, the outdoor area was developed with barbecue spaces, an outdoor shower, a stone fountain, a staircase carved into the rock, other stone staircases, fencing, an automatic wooden-metal garage door, and marble and stone benches. In the interior, there was a complete renovation which included wooden floors, a fireplace made with a combination of materials, carved desks, the installation of state-of-the-art window and door frames, bathrooms with tile and polished concrete coverings, carved marble sinks, a custom-made kitchen and cabinets, and the study and careful placement of lighting in all areas.
